Project Statement

This project involved taking a recent company-related event and using web scraping techniques and R Script to determine consumer sentiment scores for a current issue. In this case, my team and I analyzed consumer reactions to the Boeing and Alaska Airlines door incident to make three data-backed recommendations for dealing with the backlash of the event and mitigating future risk.
